Shiseido X SOGO「夏日 ‧ 美の盛典」活動條款及細則
釣球遊戲條款及細則

  1. Shiseido香港﹙「Shiseido」﹚ X SOGO「夏日 ‧ 美の盛典」活動（「本活動」）推廣期為 2025 年 7月 23 日至 2025 年 8月 12 日（包括首尾兩天）。
  2. 參與品牌（「品牌」）：SHISEIDO、Clé de Peau Beauté、IPSA、NARS、ISSEY MIYAKE Parfums、narciso rodriguez Parfums 以及 Tory Burch Beauty。
  3. 參加本活動代表SOGO會員/電話號碼（「參加者」）被視為接受本條款及細則。
  4. 參加者於崇光百貨銅鑼灣店或啟德店（「崇光百貨」）內，任何店鋪單一消費滿HK$800或以上，親臨崇光百貨G/F活動攤位，出示當日印有SOGO Rewards會員號碼的單一購物收據，並填寫表格，即可參與釣球遊戲（「遊戲」）。
  5. 每個SOGO會員號碼/電話號碼每日只可參加遊戲1次。
  6. 成功完成遊戲可得到禮品換領券（「換領券」），參加者可到指定品牌於崇光百貨之櫃位兌換換領券上列明的禮品，禮品受相關品牌的條款及細則約束。
  7. 換領券僅可在推廣期結束後1日（即2025年8月13日）內向指定品牌兌換。遺失換領券將不予補發，參加者也不會獲得任何補償。
  8. 換領券不設退換及轉讓，亦不可兌換現金或其他獎品，並須按各品牌指定的條款及細則使用。
  9. 每張換領券只可以用作換領禮品一次，並於換領禮品後被我們的員工收回。
  10. 所有獎品不設退換及轉讓。
  11. 在參加活動時，參加者了解並同意Shiseido Hong Kong Limited（「SHK」）、承包商、新聞界和/或由他們安排的媒體可以在活動期間拍照、進行視頻拍攝和錄音，和/或採訪任何參加者，所製作的所有照片、影片、音訊和相關資料（或其中的任何部分）（無論格式如何，無論是否經過編輯）均可用於其內部或業務目的，在任何新聞/媒體上傳播和/或在任何平台上發布及使用，而無需向任何參加者支付任何補償或許可費用。
  12. 所有與此活動有關之爭議須直接向 SHK提出。如參加者對此活動推廣材料或本條款及細則有任何歧義、疑問或爭議，SHK的決定是最終的、具有約束力的和在所有情況下對參加者具有決定性的決定，無需指定任何理由，並且不會有任何通信。
  13. 每位參加者均需同意SHK 於本次活動範圍內所收集、處理及使用參加者個人資料是為了參與此次活動聯絡之用，如作其他推廣用途會先通知參加者。此外，SHK於取得閣下同意後，方會以閣下的個人資料以作市場推廣或直接促銷用途。關於本公司私隱政策，請參閲https://summerdelights.shiseido.com.hk
  14. 本條款及細則的中英文版本如有任何歧異或不一致，一概以英文版為準。


Shiseido Parlour朱古力禮盒換領條款及細則

  1. Shiseido香港﹙「Shiseido」﹚ X SOGO「夏日 ‧ 美の盛典」活動（「本活動」）推廣期為 2025 年 7月 23 日至 2025 年 8月 12 日（包括首尾兩天）。
  2. 參與品牌（「品牌」）：SHISEIDO、Clé de Peau Beauté、IPSA、NARS、ISSEY MIYAKE Parfums、narciso rodriguez Parfums以及 Tory Burch Beauty。
  3. 參加本活動代表參加者（「參加者」）被視為接受本條款及細則。
  4. 活動期間於崇光百貨銅鑼灣店或啟德店（「崇光百貨」）內的Shiseido Hong Kong Limited（「SHK」）旗下任何1個品牌專櫃消費累積滿指定金額* (不包括化妝工具、化妝棉及夏日美肌奢寵禮盒) 並填寫表格，消費當日即可以購物收據換領Shiseido Parlour 指定朱古力禮盒一盒（「禮盒」）。指定消費金額及禮盒如下:
    1. Shiseido Parlour Chocolavion朱古力脆脆禮盒﹙12件裝﹚: 於任何參與品牌單一消費滿HK$1,500* 即可獲贈﹙Clé de Peau Beauté 除外﹚。
    2. Shiseido Parlour Biscuits fourrés à la Crème au Matcha抹茶朱古力脆脆禮盒﹙16件裝﹚: 於任何參與品牌單一消費滿HK$2,500* 即可獲贈﹙ISSEY MIYAKE Parfums、narciso rodriguez Parfums以及Tory Burch Beauty 除外﹚。
    3. Shiseido Parlour La Ganache朱古力脆脆禮盒﹙24件裝﹚: 只限於Clé de Peau Beauté 單一消費滿HK$3,800*即可獲贈。
  5. 所有禮盒不設退換及轉讓。換領規則可能不定時更新，參加者可於活動攤位或活動網站獲取最新的版本。
  6. 所有禮盒數量有限，每消費者/電話號碼每天限量一份，先到先得，換完即止。
  7. 在參加活動時，參加者了解並同意SHK、承包商、新聞界和/或由他們安排的媒體可以在活動期間拍照、進行視頻拍攝和錄音，和/或採訪任何參加者，所製作的所有照片、影片、音訊和相關資料（或其中的任何部分）（無論格式如何，無論是否經 過編輯）均可用於其內部或業務目的，在任何新聞/媒體上傳播和/或在任何平台上發布，而無需向任何參加者支付任何補償。
  8. SHK保留對此活動條款及細則的修訂或取消的權力，SHK 也無需在活動條款及細則、獎品方式發生改變時提前通知，也沒有告知變更原因的義務。
  9. 所有與此活動有關之爭議須直接向 SHK提出。如參加者對此活動推廣材料或本條款及細則 有任何歧義、疑問或爭議，SHK的決定是最終的、具有約束力的和在所有情況下對參加者具 有決定性的決定，無需指定任何理由，並且不會有任何通信。

Shiseido Hong Kong X SOGO “Summer Delights” Event Terms and conditions
“Treasure-fishing” Game Terms and Conditions

  1. The promotion period of this “Shiseido Hong Kong X SOGO: Summer Delights” (“this Event”) is from 23-July 2025 to 12-August 2025 (both days inclusive).
  2. Participating brands (“Brands”) : SHISEIDO, Clé de Peau Beauté, IPSA, NARS, ISSEY MIYAKE Parfums, narciso rodriguez Parfums, and Tory Burch Beauty
  3. By participating in the Event, SOGO member/phone numbers (“Participants”) are deemed to accept the present Terms and Conditions.
  4. Participants will be entitled to participate at the “Treasure-fishing” Game (“Game”) at SOGO Causeway Bay and SOGO Kai Tak (“SOGO”) G/F and chance to win a prize of the Event when they make a purchase of HK$800 or more at ANY stores in SOGO and present the same date validated single receipt with SOGO Rewards membership number and the completed online form.
  5. Each SOGO member/phone number can participate in the game only once per day.
  6. Upon successful completion of the game, participants will receive a prize redemption ticket (“Ticket”) indicating the prize won. Participants must collect the prizes at respective Brand counter at SOGO, subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the relevant Brand.
  7. Tickets can only be redeemed at the designated Brand counters 1 day after the end of the Event (i.e. 13-Aug 2025). Lost Tickets will not be reissued and Participants will not be compensated under any circumstances.
  8. Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash or other prizes, and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by the relevant Brand.
  9. Each Ticket can only be redeemed once and will be collected by our staff upon redemption of the Prize(s).
  10. All prizes are final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
  11. Upon joining the Event, Participants acknowledge and agree that Shiseido Hong Kong Limited (“SHK”), any contractors, press and/or media arranged by any of them can take photos, proceed with video shooting and audio recording, and/or interview any Participants during the Event, that all the photos, video, audio and related materials (or any parts thereof) produced (in any format and with or without any editing) may be used for its internal or business purpose, be disseminated in any press / media and/or published or used on any platform, without compensation and/or license fees to Participants.
  12. All disputes in relation to this Event should be addressed to SHK directly. In the event of any ambiguity, doubts or disputes arising out of or under any of these Terms and Conditions or any communications, the decisions of SHK shall be final, binding and conclusive on all Participants in all circumstances without assigning any reasons whatsoever and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Each participant agrees that SHK may collect, process and use said participant's personal information for the purposes of participating in this Event. If any collected personal information is used for other promotional purposes, said participant will be notified in advance for obtaining consent. In addition, SHK will only use the personal information for marketing or direct marketing purposes after obtaining the participant’s consent.   14. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.


Shiseido Parlour Redemption Terms and conditions

  1. The promotion period of this “Shiseido Hong Kong X SOGO: Summer Delights” (“this Event”) is from 23-July 2025 to 12-August 2025 (both days inclusive).
  2. Participating brands (“Brands”): SHISEIDO, Clé de Peau Beauté, IPSA, NARS, ISSEY MIYAKE Parfums, narciso rodriguez Parfums, and Tory Burch Beauty.
  3. By participating in the Event, participants (“Participants”) are deemed to accept the present Terms and Conditions.
  4. Upon single purchase of specified amount* at ANY Shiseido Hong Kong Limited (“SHK”) brands counter on SOGO Causeway Bay or SOGO Kai Tak, excluding brushes, cotton and "Summer Indulgent Beauty Collection", can redeem a specified box of Shiseido Parlour chocolate (“Parlour”). A same-day receipts and a completed online form are required for the gift redemption. The specified spending amount and Parlour details are as follows:
    1. Shiseido Parlour Chocolavion (12pcs): Receive a complimentary set with single purchase of HK$1,500* or more at any Shiseido brands (excluding Clé de Peau Beauté)
    2. Shiseido Parlour Biscuits fourrés à la Crème au Matcha (16pcs): Receive a complimentary set with single purchase of HK$2,500* or more at any Shiseido brands (excluding ISSEY MIYAKE Parfums, narciso rodriguez Parfums & Tory Burch Beauty).
    3. Shiseido Parlour La Ganache (24pcs): Receive a complimentary set with single purchase of HK$3,800* or more at Clé de Peau Beauté exclusively.
  5. All gifts are final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Redemption rules and gifts are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of SHK. Please check the latest version of such rules at the Event venue or webpage.
  6. Gifts are limited and are available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. Each consumer/mobile number is only entitled to redeem 1 Parlour each day.
  7.   9. All disputes in relation to this Event should be addressed to SHK directly. In the event of any ambiguity, doubts or disputes arising out of or under any of the present Terms and Conditions or any communications, the decisions of SHK shall be final, binding and conclusive on all Participants in all circumstances without assigning any reasons whatsoever and no correspondence will be entered into.
